Our Gathered Cottage began as a fun way to share DIY projects on my Instagram page and decided to just jump in and start a separate account. Little did I know the kind of community I would find, the opportunities that would be ahead of me, and a special place to share our everyday life.
If you have seen my stories on Instagram then you know I’m basically married to superman, also known as Curt. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world to have my best friend and life partner as such a big part of my business. Together we tackle crazy projects, make impulsive but rewarding choices, and raise our 3 beautiful boys Henry, Finn, and Jax.

We recently moved to the south and are living life to the absolute fullest down here. Although we miss our sweet cottage home in Maryland, we know moving here was the perfect fit for our family. This house is a beautiful traditional 90's style with tons of character. We immediately could picture our family living here a long time and knew it just needed our touch to make it our dream home (check out the blog to see more on our new home)! Curt proposed to me just after a few months of dating and we had our first kiss at the airport the first time we met in person!
I have had the names of my boys picked saved in the notes section of my phone for years long before I knew I would even be a mama.
