I always dreamed of being a stay at home mom but that never included homeschooling. I am a former kindergarten teacher but the thought of teaching my kids at home scared me to death. All of that changed when I saw our oldest son Henry completely bored in school and our middle son Finn struggling to keep up - I knew the answer was to teach them at home at their own pace. Homeschooling our boys has not only helped my boys excel in school but transformed us as a family in a way I never thought possible. I have also seen Henry and Finn develop more independence and confidence in their lives as well which has made me so proud as their mom!
