It’s still mid summer but I’m already preparing our schoolroom and getting things in order for our year to begin in September! We’ve enjoyed the lighter school days during the summer and are about to take our one month break so we are kicking things off by getting our school supplies now! I remember school shopping as a kid and it was my favorite part of starting the new year (along with who’s class I was going to be in).

Walmart is launching their back to school campaign with school supplies starting at only 25 cents! I made each of the boy’s their own list and challenged them to find as many things as possible on their own while we shopped!

Walmart has such a large selection of school supplies and I was really drawn to their Pen + Gear line for school supplies! We got things like scissors, glue, double decker pencil boxes, erasers, spiral notebooks, and crayons for only 25 cents! I think my favorite finds are these Pen + Gear lined dry erase boards for only $2.47 and these rainbow pencils for only 97 cents! I ordered 2 for each of the boys because of the amazing price! They had so many things on our list for such a low price!

Overall I was impressed by the selection and super low prices for our back to school shopping! I have everything we chose for school linked here!
