Back to (home)school

Homeschool

I love love LOVE back to school shopping. I have since I was little and it didn’t stop when I taught school, became a mom, or now shop for my own kids. My kids don’t attend traditional school but nothing is really different about back to school shopping for our family! Around this time each year I go through our schoolroom and the boy’s closets and figure out what we are going to need for the upcoming school year. I purge things like old crayons, used notebooks, broken pencils, clothes that are too small or have stains, and shoes that are scuffed up or are getting too tight. We always set a specific budget because it’s so easy to just click “add to cart” over and over. Luckily with Walmart.com you can get things your kid’s actually want at a value you will love!

I probably sound like a broken record every time I mention how Walmart has really stepped up their game but THEY HAVE. The brands they carry like Wonder Nation, Free Assembly, Athletic Works, and Eastpoint have blown me away this year! I love how many choices I had along with such low prices from Walmart.com

Once a week we attend a co-op where over a hundred kids of all ages get together and have educational and enrichment classes. I’m excited for the boys to wear their new outfits and use their book bags for their first day back to co-op!

In my Walmart.com order I also chose a few preschool learning items for Jax since he will be starting school at home this year! I love how many options I had to choose from and cannot wait to incorporate those into our our school time! Start shopping HERE for your child’s back to school list now and you’ll get to take it easy when everyone is rushing around right before school starts!

I have linked all of the item I purchased for back to school HERE in my LTK for you to see for yourself! Happy Shopping!
